If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In this case, we will notify you by email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Xpertigo Vault is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by your country.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (such as weather, strikes, or global disruptions).


Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
